pursuant to art. 13 of the 2016/679 EU Regulation and in relation to the information that will be acquired, for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, we inform you that:

1. Purpose of the processing: the data you provide will be used for the purpose and for the purpose of finalizing the booking of the desired stay at the Residence La Carruba of Diano Marina. Proceeding in the booking procedure after having read this information you implicitly accept the communication of such data to the Residence La Carruba for the stated purposes.

2. Processing methods: the modalities with which personal data will be processed contemplate treatment on local IT supports and in the cloud

3. Provision of data: the provision of data for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 is mandatory as essential to finalize the necessary procedures and any refusal of the authorization will make it impossible to give rise to the reservation

4. Communication and dissemination of data: the data provided will not be communicated in any way to third parties or parties operating outside the Residence La Carruba, will therefore not be subject to either communication or diffusion

5. Data Controller: the owner of the processing of personal data is Mr. Riccardo Olivari as legal representative of La Carruba of Olivari R. & C., company managing the Residence La Carruba

6. Rights of the interested party

At any time, you may exercise, pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, the right to:

a) request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data;

b) obtain information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, where possible, the retention period;

c) obtain the correction and deletion of data;

d) obtain the treatment limitation;

e) obtain data portability, ie receive them from a data controller, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, and transmit them to another data controller without impediments;

f) oppose the processing at any time and also in the case of treatment for direct marketing purposes;

g) to oppose an automated decision-making process related to personeexic persons, including profiling;

h) requesting the data controller to access personal data and to correct or cancel them or limit their processing or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability;

i) withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given prior to the revocation;

j) to propose a complaint to a supervisory authority.
