Weekly rates!

The price includes: 
Laundry (for kitchen is not provided) with a weekly change, (for short vacation linen provided only for beds).
Heating (till 20/03/25), For Easter the heating will be on for a few hours during the day. Not at night
Electricity, water, gas, 
Two swimming pools - 1 for adult and 1 for kids -  from 25 May to 16 September (open from 9.00am to 12.30pm and from 3.00pm to 7.00pm): entry admitted till the total capacity of the solarium area.
Unattended private parking (one car per apartment), 
V.A.T. 10%., 
Safe, 
TV Sat,
2 wi-fi user is free for  minimum 1 week vacation. The Others are extra on request.

Extra: 
A deposit of € 150 (to give back after the final check) by cash on arrival,

Tourist Tax  for vacation from 1 April. (Euro 1 per night per pax for maximum of 5 nights. Kids under 11 are free)

Supplements on requests:

Bed for kids: € 20 per week. Linen is not provided.

Garage: € 50 per week.

Apartment cleaning charges: from € 45
On request, we can suggest different Beaches (it depends on the period).

Arrival: on Saturday from 4 pm to 7 pm.

Departure: on Saturday from 8 to 9 am. Departure from 10pm to 8am are not allowed.

Children are considered adults with regard to beds.

Guests must keep their apartment clean and leave it in the same state they found it and must pay for any eventual damage.

Pets are not allowed.
