No payment is required
The reservation can be changed or cancelled for free... up to 45 days before the check-in.
After that a 30% of the total amount is required by a bank transfer or withdrawal from credit card for the booking confirmation. In case of a later cancellation the whole amount will be due as a penalty.
From 11 September to 26 September
No payment is required
The reservation can be changed or cancelled for free... up to 7 days before the check-in.

Arrival: on Saturday from 4 pm to 7 pm.

Children are considered adults with regards to beds.
Guests must keep their apartment clean and leave it in the same state they found it and must pay for any eventual damage.
Pets are not allowed.
