Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) some services and facilities may be reduced or unavailable. Ask info about services available.

The price includes: 
Laundry (for kitchen is not provided) with a weekly change, (for short vacation linen provided only for beds).
Heating (till 20/03/22),
Electricity, water, gas, 
Two swimming pools - 1 for adult and 1 for kids -  from 21 May to 16 September (open from 9.00am to 12.30pm and from 3.00pm to 7.00pm): entry admitted till the total capacity of the solarium area.
Unattended private parking (one car per apartment), 
V.A.T. 10%., 
Safe, 
TV Sat,
2 wi-fi user is free for  minimum 1 week vacation. The Others are extra on request.

A deposit of € 150 (to give back after the final check) by cash on arrival,

Tourist Tax  for vacation from 1 April. (Euro 1 per night per pax for maximum of 5 nights. Kids under 11 are free)
Air conditioning based on consumption (NOT all the apartments have AC), 
Eventually central heating,
Wi-fi.
 

Supplements on requests:

Bed for kids: € 20 per week. Linen is not provided.

Garage: € 50 per week.

Apartment cleaning charges: from € 45
On request we can suggest different Beaches (it depends about the period).
Travel Allianz Insurance.

Arrival: on Saturday from 4 pm to 7 pm.

Departure: on Saturday from 8 to 9 am. Departure from 10pm to 8am are not allowed.

Children are considered adults with regards to beds.

Guests must keep their apartment clean and leave it in the same state they found it and must pay for any eventual damage.

Pets are not allowed.
