From 3 July to 10 September
No payment is required 
The reservation can be changed or cancelled for free... up to 45 days before the check-in.
After that a 30% of the total amount is required by a bank transfer or withdrawal from credit card for the booking confirmation. In case of a later cancellation the whole amount will be due as a penalty. 
From 11 September to 26 September
No payment is required 
The reservation can be changed or cancelled for free... up to 7 days before the check-in.
After that a 30% of the total amount is required by a bank transfer or withdrawal from credit card for the booking confirmation. In case of a later cancellation the whole amount will be due as a penalty.

Es ist im Preis eingeschloßen:

Wäsche mit wochentlichem Wechsel (not for kitchen). For short vacation is provided only for beds.

Heizung (bis 31/03/21), 
Strom, Gas, Wasser,

Fahrstuhl, 
Wohnzimmer und Fernsehraum, 
2 Schwimmbad vom 22/05/2021 bis 18/09/21 (von 9 bis 12.30 und von 15.00 bis 19.00): Entry is based always on turn over: morning or afternoon (half day); or even or odd days. NO FULL DAY.
Privater unbewachter Parkplatz (1 auto pro wohnung),
2 wi-fi user is free for  minimum 1 week vacation. The Others are extra on request.

Es ist ausgeschloßen: 
Eine Kaution von € 150, die nach der Schlußkontrolle zurückgegeben wird,

Tourist Tax ferien von 1 April,
Klimaanlage nach Verbrauch (nich alle Wohnungen verfügen über Klimaalage),
Heizung,

Wi-fi,

Kinderbett € 20 pro Woche.

Garage € 50 pro Woche. 

Wohnungen saubermachen: from € 45
On request we can provide info about Beach service (it depends about period).


Die Gäste müssen die Wohnung in Ordnung und sauber lassen und eventuelle Schäden bezahlen. 
Das Mitbringen von Tieren ist nicht gestattet. 


ANKUNFT: Samstag ab 16.00 bis 19.00 Uhr.

ABFAHRT: Samstag von 8 bis 9 Uhr. Abfahrten zwischen 22.00 und 8.00 Uhr sind nicht erlaubt.
